Welcome to our first ever Landlord Luncheon in Knoxville!! We hope you can attend as we want to provide value and resources for our local active and aspiring Landlords.

1:15-2:00pm: Federal Fair Housing Act presented by Scott Abernathy of Property Management Inc. One of the easiest traps a landlord can fall into is violating the Federal Fair Housing Act. You don’t mean to discriminate, but you can unintentionally. This presentation will give you a brief overview of Federal Fair Housing and updates on recent developments to help you stay out of trouble.

2:00-2:30pm: Chip Cagle of MoonDog Funding will present: How to acquire a portfolio of rental properties with little or none of your hard earned money tied up.

Hope to see you there!
